Respawn Entertainment welcomes the Harbingers Collection Event for Season 18, featuring the debut of Fuse’s heirloom, an eerie variant of World’s Edge, and thrilling legend buffs and nerfs.
After a relatively quiet period following the launch of Season 18, Respawn is bringing in fresh content with the Harbingers event.
Apart from Fuse’s heirloom, the event offers 24 new cosmetic items, including exciting Legendary skins. But that’s not all; several legends are receiving buffs and nerfs in this update, including Horizon, Revenant, and Fuse.
Apex Legends Harbingers Collection Event Update:
The update is scheduled to go live on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET / 6 pm BST. Be sure to allocate some time for the required system update.
Here’s what you can anticipate from the awaited update:
New Limited-Time Mode: Living Shell Trios: This mode introduces a “target-seeking grenade” that you can shoot down to trigger an early detonation. The mode remains unchanged aside from this addition and will be available throughout the event.
Map: World’s Edge After Dark: The “after dark” version of World’s Edge isn’t just a lighting change; it also features updates to various locations. Beware of the lava!
Collection Event Skins: As with every collection event, you can complete it by earning or purchasing all the event items, including Legendary and Epic skins. Doing so will unlock Fuse’s heirloom, Razor’s Edge.
Reward Tracker and Store Offers: Earn up to 1,400 points daily, and complete multiple challenges at once, thanks to stacking challenges with your Battle Pass. This event offers unique variants of the Harbingers badge, with a grand final badge for completing all three.
Balance Updates:
- Weapon Crafting rotation changes.
- Nemesis Burst AR damage has been reduced.
- Legends like Fuse, Horizon, and Revenant receive ability adjustments.
- Ranked Mode: Recent hotfixes are applied, ensuring a better-ranked experience.
- Bug Fixes: Numerous bug fixes, including audio issues and legend-specific problems.
